The Internet Marketing Dream – at what expense?

I just came across a post that rang so true that I had to write my own post about it, because I don’t want the same thing to happen to you.
When I first started learning about Internet Marketing, way back in 2003, I had the dream of making money on the Internet. I had a full-time job, a wife and three young children.
I got fixated with the dream, having read so much about people making millions on the Internet and I wanted a piece of it. I would spend hours of my spare time on my computer and ignored things that were going on around me, including my family.
I had convinced myself that I was doing it for my family, to make their lives easier, and even though I wasn’t making much money from all that work, I still held onto the dream.
And then, after almost three years of this, my wife decided enough was enough, and up sticks and left taking our children with her.
Now, I’m not going to go into what happened after that, suffice to say that we are still friends and I get to spend time with my almost every day, but the take away of this for you is yes have a dream, yes work to make money on the Internet (because it can be done), but don’t do it at the expense of everyone around you. Don’t spend all your spare time on forums, doing keyword research and building websites.
The worst part of it is that my story is not unique, I have seen many such stories on the Internet and I don’t want it to happen to you. Have a plan, set your hours, tell your family that during those hours you are working, but balance that work with quality time with your family, even if you just spend that time watching TV with them, or playing with your children.
Please don’t repeat my story!

Offline PLR for your business
Published April 19, 2012 | One of my businesses is as a Consultant to Offline businesses. The other day I was creating a Mobile Website for my business and needed some Mobile Marketing content to go on the pages. However, I didn’t have the time to write it myself. So I went on a search for some Mobile Marketing Offline PLR.
As I’ve mentioned in other posts, PLR is great, because it is pre-written and just requires a little tweaking to get your own message across.
What I like about this Offline PLR Package is that it is very informative and because I wanted it for a Mobile website, I’m not too bothered about duplicate content. A simple Plan to make money online

When most people first start looking into making money online, they do searches on terms like “work from home”, “work at home”, “make money online”, and “make money from home”, or other such terms.
Doing Internet searches on these terms will provide you with thousands of options, far too many to quickly digest and what generally happens is that you get so confused that you just give up. Don’t let this happen to you. It is possible for anyone to make money online, no matter what your experiences or education level, if you can use a computer, have access to the Internet, are willing to learn and have determination and patience, then you can do it.
But to do it, you need a plan, and good quality guidance that shows you step by step what you should be doing each day.

So today I did some digging to learn more about it, and here are my findings.
The best kind of website you can have, is one where visitors are engaged enough that they keep coming back on a regular basis. But to do that you need to regularly add new content to it, and there lies the problem that a lot of website owners have – where to get great content ideas and adding good quality content. Blog curation is a solution to that problem.
